What A Come Back!

Good Morning bloggers, It's time for a new challenge today at Oldie But A Goodie. This week is our lovely Janice's turn to host and she would like to see 'Paper piecing'. If you head over to Oldie But a Goodie for all the details of this challenge, you'll see the super prize that is on offer to the winner, Lisa Jane's daughter is sponsoring us.

And we could use one of her images. Well I jumped straight in even though i'm not big on using digi's, my daughter wants these or purple Doc martens for christmas:-

So can you see the reason for my creation today. Can't believe these boots have made such a big come back, I remember them in the late 70's early eighties when they looked more like this and came in black or red cherry:-

So I paper pieced the Doc martens, using my new LOTV papers Classic Christmas.
Please check out all the fabulous inspiration from my very talented team mates. Remember to be in with a chance of winning You must use something on your creation thats at least 6 months old.

This is for the following challenges:-

1. Totally Papercrafts - challenge # 130 - Inspired By A song (these Boots were made for walking)

2. Card Makin' Mama's - Try Something new (paper Piecing)

Recipe:-
Stamps - Squidgi Digi, computer generated sentiment,
Papers - LOTV Classic Christmas,
Tools - Nesties, cuttlebug, border punch,
Embellishments - flowers, ribbon, gems,

Thanks for popping by my blog.
Happy crafting
Tracy x
