Altered Item

Monday mornings seem to come round so quickly these days. I hope you’re all OK and have had a lovely weekend.
It is time for another theme over on the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge, this time it was our lovely Heather's turn to choose the theme and she chose 'Lost & Found' - eg. Clothing Tag/Bottle Cap/Odd Earring/Cardboard packet/Foil/Empty jar/Container) Anything you could lose or Find.
I found the box below in the back of my cupboard and decided to alter it.

I used Nitwit papers Always & Forever, and House Mouse stamp HMPR1042 Pampered Guinea which is one of my most favourite stamps.  I used dies to embellish my box, and added ribbon to make a pull loop.

I also lined the inside of the box too, there's been  a lot of measuring and a lot of work in this box but so worth it.  I even covered the underneath.

I love altering things, I could sit and do them all day, it's one of my favourite things to do.

Of course you must use a House Mouse, Happy Hopper or Gruffie to join in.

You know exactly what's coming here Tracy, love your card and you really do amazing jobs altering boxes, but the star of the show has to be Bobby.

What a super proud moment for him, his expression on the first one shows just how much, then that cheeky backwards glance on the second and finally standing in front of one of Leeds greatest players and captains.

The result might not have made hubby too happy but I know seeing Bobby would have made up for that tenfold. And what great photos to remember the occasion.
