Dressed For All Occasions

Good Morning everyone, I'm coming to you today with two challenges, it's my regular Saturday morning Allsorts challenge first.
This week is our lovely Annie's turn to host and she would like to see 'Anything Goes'

So my Mum retires next week and I thought this was a good chance to make her a card, as she wears a uniform and I know she likes to get dressed up when she can I really liked the idea of this dress.  I have done something unusual for me and tried a CD Rom, I liked the idea that I could print matching backing papers too.  There is Glamour dust on there too to make it more glamorous on the white net and waist band, but not so visible on the pic.

Don't forget to head over to Allsorts for all the details of this challenge, and to check out all the fabulous inspiration from my very talented team mates.

Here is the prize on offer:-

Especially for entrants to this weeks Allsorts challenge our lovely Sponsor Swedish House Crafts is offering a 15% discount off the whole purchase at check out with code: ALLSORTSFEB17. Valid during 18th to 24th February.

And the super prize from them is a £20 e.voucher to spend in their store.

My next challenge card is-

Mid way challenge creation for Penny black & More @ Allsorts, where the theme is 'Use Your Favourite Stamp'

So as I used my favourite stamp on the original challenge at the start of the month I'm now using my second favourite stamp.  I used Bitty Bear Angel, which is a special stamp to me as a blogger sent me some images of it to use when I fist started  crafting, but then I tried to get the stamp but it had been retired, my friend Brenda knew this and tracked it down and bought me it for my Birthday a couple of years ago and so that is why it is ranked high in my Penny Black stamps and obviously because it's super cute too.  I used this fab stepper die by Tattered Lace, and enjoyed using it and love the fact that they come with loads of nesting and embellishment dies.

We have prizes from Penny Black, Crafts U Love, Sizzix, Stamp Addicts   Now isn't that a lot of prizes, definitely worth getting your stamps out isn't it!!!!!!

Now if you would like to be a GDT for us, all you need to do is make a creation to fit the theme following our rules.

Are you wanting some inspiration, pop on over to the challenge blog and then you can see all the wonderful creations from the rest of the talented team.

Just popped over from Allsorts and I love your cards. My favourite colour is purple so I was draaaaawn to the mannequin card immediately, especially with the stripey paper background, I could see My Fair Lady in my minds eye! Not sure whether that's just me on my planet!!! Great card. Hugs to you Sue Pxxx
