Easter Hanglar

It's Monday again and that means time for the next challenge at Die Cut Dreams. So, onto the new challenge and we would like to see your creations for Easter.
This is the prize for this week.

I have used a Hanglar image, I got two of this image in a RAK a while ago. I have used both now and would love to get the stamp as she's gorgeous. But I haven't seen the stamp anywhere. I have coloured the image using Promarkers, the papers I have used are scraps from my scrap drawer. Those Daisy flowers are a punch, I have punched two daisies for each flower, then layered them together with a brad, which I then coated with Stickles. Please remember to stop by the rest of the DT and have a look at their wonderful creations too, and you may want to join in the challenge.

This is also for the following challenges:-
1. Ladybug Crafts - challenge 22 - Sketch (missed the deadline for this challenge)

Hanglar And Vellum

Today over at Die Cut Dreams the theme for this week is to use Vellum on your creation. Take a look at the DT creations and see the different ways to do this.
Sorry about the photo, we've had rain for days now so not great for taking photo's i'm afraid. I have made a vellum handmade rose, , and did some small flowers. Then I put a piece of lemon vellum through the bug using the stylized flower folder. Didn't think I was going to like this challenge but i've enjoyed it and the vellum works well for my handmade roses. And as you can see i'm using one of the Hanglars from Susie which I won for DT member of the month, isn't she just the cutest. She's going on my "I'll get it one day" list. Lol!

This is for the following challenge:-
Cute Card Thursday - challenge 130 - A Tweet And A Flutter

Susie's Sassy Challenge

It's another week at Susie's Sassy challenge and the theme this time is Easter. It's Vikki's choice of theme this time, and the prize is a GDT Spot for the challenge commencing 8th April. The rest of the DT have made some lovely creations, please do pop on over and have a look, and maybe join in.

This is also for:-

1. Crafty Cardmakers - challenge # 16 - A female on your card

2. Stamp Something - Something Girly

3. Cupcake Crafts - challenge # 81 - Flower Power

4. Creative Card Crew - Celebrations

5. Flutterby Wednesday - challenge 100 - Open Theme

6. C.R.A.F.T. - challenge 41 - Citrus

I love this image, Hanglar are just so cute. The sentiment stamp is from a set I won in a candy from the lovely Janiel, thanks love, and the papers are Daisy And Dandelion. I have used stickles on the egg.

I've had a rough couple of nights as Bobby has gone down with croup again, Tuesday night was spent in the bathroom steaming him, it was touch and go this time to whether an Ambulance was needed. He started at 12.10am, I suppose it's classed as Wednesday morning not Tuesday night. It was 4.00am before we even moved back to the bedroom. The doctors told us they usually grow out of it by 5/6 years and he's just gone 4, so hopefully there won't be too many of these bad attacks. On a good note we got through with a bathroom full of steam and some breathing techniques. Although he needed a couple of medicenes for the pains in his throat and chest, also to help the coughing, or should I say barking. He's picking up now and getting back to his usual self. I just need to catch up on some sleep now.

Crafty Cardmakers want to see a female somewhere on your card, I have used a gorgeous Hanglar girl. While at Stamp Something they want to something Girly. It's Flower Power over at Cupcake Crafts, and with some kind of celebration at Creative Card Crew, and I'm doing Easter for mine. And at C.R.A.F.T. they are looking for Citrus colors and there's plenty of lemon and lime on my card. Flutterby Wednesday have an open theme this week and there's a punched butterfly on this card.

Happy crafting

Hanglar Card and Tag

This card is for:-
1. Creative Inspirations - challenge # 22 - sketch
2. Stampin' For The Weekend - challenge 27 - Red, Green and Gold
3. Stamp Something - Glitzy Somethings
4. Rosie-Dee's - challenge 59 - Red, Green and a bit of Bling
5. Creative Inspiration Wednesdays - challenge 37 - Christmas card and Tag set

I did some more gold embossing on this card around the stamped image and my ticket. It's lovely for Christmas cards, and works so well with vintage.
Creative Inspirations have a fab sketch but in the centre for the image it is a circle but I swapped it for a rectangle, as my image didn't look right in a circle.
Stampin' For The Weekend have a colour combo of Red, Green and Gold, just right for Christmas cards, nice and traditional.
Stamp Something requested us to use something Glitzy, on my card I have glitters on the candle flame, around the fur on his hat. There's also gems and gold embossing.
Rosie-Dee's, this is my first time joining in their challenges and they want a colour combo of Red, Green and a bit of Bling, my card has all of these.
Creative Inspirations wednesdays have the theme of a Christmas card and tag set, so they would match I used the same papers, card and colours on the tag. I also did the gold embossing on the To/From part for the matching of the card.

A little snippet of news, I've been really lucky this week and received my third win this week, yesterday from Stamp Something it was $15 of digital images from Soft Pencil.

Recipe:-
Stamps - Hanglar (from the lovely Annie, thank you), Ticket sentiment (you can find Here), tag sentiment from Habico.
Papers - Dove Craft victorian Christmas,
Colouring Mediums - H20's, Cosmic shimmers,
Tools - Heat gun, glitter, embossing powder, Versa mark ink, stazon ink,

Hidden Treasure!

This card is for:-
1. Sketch Saturday - Sketch76
2. Incy Wincy Designs - challenge 17 - "Thank you"

If your one of my followers you may have seen earlier in the week that I have re-organized my craft space. Well in the cupboard underneath my desk I found some hidden treasure that I forgot I had. On this card i have used some, the lace, the flowers which are carnations made of ribbon. I've also found a stash of buttons, but i'm new to using buttons as I've never really liked using them before and a few other bits, I'm sure they'll surface on to my cards eventually.
Sketch Saturday gave an absolutely great sketch, and I'll definately use it again
Incy Wincy Designs asked for a "Thank you" card.

Recipe:-
Stamp - Hanglar (a RAK from Annie, thanks Annie x)
Papers - My minds eye wild asparagus,
Colouring Mediums - Distress inks, H20's, chalks,
Embellishments - tickles, flowers, lace, brad, ribbon, all from stash.
