My First Christmas Card

Good Morning bloggers, it's Saturday morning so It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is our lovely Mervi's turn to host and she would like to see 'Early Christmas Makes', I have made my first Christmas card, so thank you Mervi for getting me going.
Here is what I did, I used a Humphrey's Corner stamp, isn't he so cute, and decided to go bright with the colouring and then stick to white and blue for the rest of the card, oh and glamour dusted snow, snowflakes and the border along the bottom, it does really sparkle in real life, wish I could capture it on the photo.  The border is a Memory box die called Frostyville 98146, I can see this being used a lot this Christmas, I love it, thanks Brenda.

The sentiment I used is from our sponsor Flonz and is from the Merry Christmas set.

Late With Christmas Cards

Hello everyone, Happy Christmas to you all. Christmas has come round so fast this year, normally i'm so organised, I haven't made the amount of xmas cards that I needed, so some of my blogging buddies might not receive one, so sorry, these last couple of weeks have been taken up with allsorts of events at my son's school where i'm a volunteer. And in between i've tried to buy presents and prepare for Christmas. Am I done, not a chance. But what have I missed the most, blogging. Visiting all you lovely ladies and seeing your gorgeous creations, but I will put that right over the Christmas Holidays. So sorry I haven't been around much.




So for my first card (above) the stamp I decided to use were freebies from magazines. I just love Humphrey's Corner and really needed to make my last few Family cards.
