OMG my blog display changed over the weekend and this post took my three times longer to write, my window showing me what i'm putting in my post is so narrow and only shows two lines at a time and I can't see my tool bar properly either, so every time I want to change font colour or size or add a link I have to hover my mouse over the bar to see what is where.n Does anyone know how I can fix this so I can see it properly, and I can't upload photo's, when I click on the add image square I just get a blank page with a black line down the centre. I do not like change so this is driving me mad LOL!

Added Info - If I do my blog in Google Chrome I can see everything and add photo's, so I guess i'm changing from AOL to Google to do blogging (SIGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH)!

More added info - I have now been able to revert back to my old blog interface, please see Shirley's comment on this card for instructions.

How was my Easter?

Well what a rubbish Easter holidays we had, the children had two weeks off from school, they broke up on the Friday and on the first Monday my youngest son Bobby jumped off the sofa and tore the tissue in his foot. That meant no football club, and no going out as it had to be rested, then on the Thursday he got Croup which meant he was poorly over the Easter weekend. Then just when you thought things couldn't possible get any worse he woke up Tuesday morning with Chicken Pox. Well the poor little thing was so bored, he has spent the last two weeks trapped in the house, it has drove him mad. He can't wait to get back to school, and i'm glad to say he is feeling so much better.
Funnily enough to say I didn't go anywhere it cost me a fortune as my two eldest (teenagers), wanted to be out and about so I was paying for them to go swimming, cinemas, shopping trips, eating out, but I felt so guilty because of the situation, and didn't want them to miss out because of it.

We did have some day trips planned so they have been postponed, so I think we'll wait for some good weather for us to do them now.

Hope you all had good Easter holidays, and enjoyed some of those sunny days we've had.

Stamps - Ollyfant Farm, Polkadoodles butterfly,
Papers - Raspberry Road designs - Summer Goodness,
Colouring Mediums - Distress Inks,
Tools - Crealies flowers ans swirls, circle punches,

A Krafty Affair

Hello everyone, happy Mother's Day to you all.
This is a post for the second kit we was given at Sir Stampalot challenge blog, the card above is what I came up with. The kit was a little too dark for my normal style, so I decided to go vintage. Below is what I recieved in my kit to use.

A Krafty Affair - DP is My Minds Eye Kraft Funday, hinges TH cut on Coredinations, WRM cord, gems and button all available from Sir Stampalot (seam binding is from Pretty Little Ribbons)
I love Sarah kay and she seems to fit these papers well. I have never used this Kraft card before, but it's double sided, so that helps too. Now I would like to tell you that there will be something special happening for our next challenge, but to put you on, you can still enter this months challenge, we are only half way through.

I hope you all have a nice relaxing day, and have had some lovely goodies for Mother's day and most of all some love and hugs from your children, I sure did.

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:
1. Simon Says Stamp & Show - Anything Goes
2. Craft Room Challenge - Vintage
3. Creative Card Crew - #6 - Vintage
4. Cute Card Thursday - challenge 208 - Happy Birthday
5. MAWTT - challenge 140 - Special Lady (this went to a special friend)
6. One Stop Craft - challenge # 174 - Handmade flowers
7. Stamptacular Sunday - challenge # 155 - Cute as a button (I used one big button)

Now before I go I would like to play the "Proud Mum" part, My youngest son Bobby (6 yrs old) goes to football twice a week at our local Boys Club, and on Wednesday he won "Man Of The Match", he played really well and got a trophy to bring home for a week. Awww his little face lit up when he got it, he was just bursting with pride. And so was me and his Dad, now his Dad is a loyal Leeds United Supporter and when Bobby expressed his interest in playing football in September it made my Hubby's day, you see my eldest Son isn't into sports, he's more technical and into gaming and such. Sorry he didn't have his Leeds kit on as it was way too cold.

Thanks for popping by.

Springtime Swirls & Pearls

Hi all, and welcome, it's a new month for Sir Stampalot and Penny Black & More @ Allsorts challenges, if you didn't get the chance to join in last month's challenge this could be the one for you. I have used Ollyfant Farmtales from Sir Stampalot which you can find here, and at the moment they are in the sale at £2.99. And there is four stamps in this set all four on one sheet for that price and each one is as cute as this gorgeous Piggy.
At Sir Stampalot this month the theme is "Take Inspiration", I will explain below.

We will be sharing two DT projects with you this time in March, but you only get to see one today, but you will be able to see the second DT work on 18th March when we will also be sharing a bit of exciting news with you.

Now for this months challenge. A few weeks ago Brenda sent us all two kits and asked us to all come up with something using each kit. The kits for each challenge were pretty much identical, the DPs' and ribbons varied a little but are all from the same family and it was so exciting to see what everyone came up with. An as you might expect everyone created some wonderfully inspirational pieces. So what's this months challenge', well it's simple really "Take inspiration" from any of the DT's pieces of work or the kit itself shown below which is called "Swirls & Pearls". You can make anything you like and choose where you take your inspiration from. Perhaps some of the kit colours, pearls and swirls, or maybe one of the DT card designs and go with your own colours. All we ask is that you remember to tell us in your post which it is and of course follow the rules.

Pearls and Swirls - DP is Alla Prima, swirls TH tattered swirl, card blank cut on Nesties Labels 23, plus buttons, ribbon and pearls and everything available from Sir Stampalot

We have sponsorship this Month from as always the wonderful Sir Stampalot, The prize is below. And of course, the Design Team have created some stunners to inspire you. Please do pay them a visit to their individual blogs - it means a lot to know you appreciate their efforts.
