At Sir Stampalot this month the theme is "Take Flight", So get out your stamps with wings on, and lets see some flying. I decided to use a House Mouse stamp, and it was the first inking of it too, I really enjoyed colouring it with my Distress Inks. I decided to keep this quite simple, and i think it suits the stamp quite well.
We have sponsorship this Month from as always the wonderful Sir Stampalot, and look at this fabulous prize, those papers look delicious.

And of course, the Design Team have created some stunners to inspire you. Please do pay them a visit to their individual blogs - it means a lot to know you appreciate their efforts.

And now onto my second challenge creation which is for Penny Black & More @ Allsorts , where the theme is "Whiskers &/or Wings, I chose to use both, a cat and butterflies, So you can use either (whiskers /Wings) for this challenge. I made this card and really liked how it turned out, now I never compliment my own work, in fact i'm my own worst critic, but I do like how this one looks.
We have a new sponsor with us this month called Flonz Craft,

they were really good to us and let the team choose stamps from their shop. I chose and used on my creation the following - Butterflies 01, Happy birthday Greetings Sweetheart, and a Oval Frame with Flowers.

Olympic Mice

Hello, it's Monday again, it comes round so quickly. I hope you’re all OK and have had a lovely weekend. Are you enjoying the Olympics?
It is time for another theme over on the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge, this time it was our lovely Heather's turn to choose the theme and she chose, can you guess.................... "Olympics" - Use something on your creation that ties in with the theme, plenty of ideas on the challenge blog.
I found this challenge a bit out of my comfort zone as I don't like sport and I don't watch the Olympics, I didn't really have an appropriate stamp so I had to transform one to suit, see my recipe at the bottom to see what i used. I cut my Olympic rings with my nestie circles and then used the same colour glitter all over the rings to make them sparkle. If you look at the stamp I used they normally have hearts in their hands, I cut the hearts away and replaced with some Union jacks.
Of course you must use a House Mouse, Happy Hopper or Gruffie to join in.

We are sponsored by Pink Gem Designs who will be giving one lucky winner a "Best Of The British Digi Kit"

AND

House Mouse designs will be giving a $25 gift certificate.

Thanks for looking, the DT have all made gorgeous cards for your inspiration so hop on over to the HM&F Monday Challenge to see them.
