Hello, it's Monday again, it comes round so quickly. I hope you’re all OK and have had a lovely weekend.
It is time for another theme over on the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge, this time it was Our lovely Dorte's turn to choose the theme and she chose "Anythimg Goes"
I have used a stamp I haven't inked up before, made this to fill a gap in my masculine cards, well I don't make enough of them.  Went simple with this, and the gems are not diamante's they are like a silver in colour.

From An Angel To A Fairy

Here is my Mid Way creation  for Penny black & More @ Allsorts, where the theme is 'Make It Sparkle' So you can use all your glitters, stickles and anything that adds sparkle to your creations for this challenge.  I have used an image called Bitty Bear Angel, but turned her into a fairy by cutting off her halo as I wanted her to stand amongst the flowers in this squeezey card.  Here's a closer look:-

I absolutely adore this stamp and couldn't get a hold of it as it's really old, but Susie Sugar (team leader for a team that closed, that I was on) kindly posted her stamp out to me so I could stamp as many as I wanted, and I stamped a fair few I can tell you LOL!  I would still love to get this stamp though and still look for it now.
I have never worked with these card blanks before, so this was new to me, but enjoyed experimenting with them, also acetate is something I rarely use too.  I added my fairy bear and some flowers and grass to the acetate and stuck it to one of the middle concertina folds for that 3D effect.  My sparkle is glamour dust to her wings, then stickles to some of the flowers and butterflies.  Then finaly gems for a final bit more sparkle.

I quite like how this turned out for a first go even if it took me three times longer than normal to do a card.

We have prizes from Penny Black, Crafts U Love. Flonz, Nicecrane and Classy crafts.   Now isn't that a lot of prizes, definitely worth getting your sparkle out isn't it!!!!!!

Today's News:-
I hope this post goes live ok as I will be out for the day, me and my daughter have doctors appointments at 9:10 & 9:20. then me and all three kids are going into the town centre for a spot of shopping, all three are after shoes and clothes, tickets for a music festival that is in May for Scott and Jodie, but apparently you have to get them early, £78 for them, OMG they are expensive.  A spot of lunch and no doubt, I will end up buying stuff I had no intention of getting, and I will come home with nothing for myself.  But I know I will enjoy our day.
Then my daughter informed me that she would like to do some baking this week, Oreo cheesecake and Lemon Drizzle Tray bake, so some yummy goodies coming, my weight watchers weigh-in might be a bit off next week LOL!
Bobby wants to see the Lego movie. not my thing, but I'm sure I can manage to sit through it.
So a busy week I think while the kids are off school.

Amethyst

Happy Monday morning, I hope you all had a good weekend and if you had rain like us then got some crafty time in.

I needed to make a card for my Sister, and I like this stamp (HMJR1017 Butterfly Express), so went with it, I can't get my purples to look true to there colour on the photo though.  I decided to go CAS, fancied a change, I must be slipping not one flower in sight LOL!

Honey Bee's

I hope you’ve all  had a lovely relaxing weekend.and got plenty of crafting in. My weekend has been football, football, football.  My son Bobby had football training Saturday, then two matches Sunday morning and then a football party in the afternoon.  He scored twice in his first match, I love watching him as he plays his little heart out.  He's so happy on the pitch, I also like to see my hubby's face as he gets so proud of him.  It makes up for all the hours stood out in the freezing cold and rain.

It is time for a reminder for the theme over on the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge, this time it was our lovely Christine's turn to choose the theme and she chose "Show Some Love" -I kept to a simple colour scheme and went for a pretty look, I used JSHM063 You Did It, I adore this stamp. Hello everyone,

Today's News
Had a rotten week didn't think I would get this card done and on.  Last Monday my cat died, old age took her at the age of 13 years, she was called Baby and has been part of our family since she was 8 weeks old.  So the family has been so distraught.
Then Bobby became poorly with a virus and was off school all week, then Thursday I went down with flu and to finish a really rubbish week off John my hubby went down with the flu on Saturday.
Here's to a new week and hopefully a better week.

Rain And Cake

Good Morning bloggers,I have two challenges for you today, so my first challenge is at Allsorts.
This week it is our lovely Sarah's turn to host and she would like to see 'Buttons & Bows'
Here is what I did, I used a brand new Circadesign stamp that I got from my friend Brenda for Christmas, she knows how much I love mice and she couldn't resist it when she saw it.  And I love him, he's so cute with his umbrella, yes I have decided he is a boy.  I don't know why!
I went with vintage papers as I liked the blue/aqua tones for this.  And you can't see, but there is glossy accents covering my umbrella.
