Forest Friends

Good Morning bloggers, it's Saturday morning so It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is my turn to host and I would like to see 'Forest Friends', there's lots of options for this, you could have Badgers, Squirrels, Hedgehogs and Deer etc...................

I did not know I was going to use this stamp when I picked the theme, thought I would have gone for some mice actually, I don't use this stamp a lot as it's quite big and hard to embellish up.  It comes in a set and part of that set is the acorn border stamp which I used.

Hedgehog Christmas

This great image by Penny Black was my choice for this months midway creation, it's just so cute, I did all the snow in Glamour dust after framing it with a Tattered Lace die.  I used silver mirror card as my base card, adding sparkly snowflakes and two ribbons on top of each other finishes this simple card

Creatures With A Little Chrstmas Thrown In

Welcometo my blog this Sunday morning, it's a new month for Stamping Sensations and Penny black & More @ Allsorts challenges, if you didn't get the chance to join in last month's challenges these could be the ones for you.

At Stamping Sensations this month the theme is 'Anything Goes', I decided to go with a Christmas image, and one I haven't used as yet, isn't it cute, a Wild Rose Studio Christmas Mouse.  So my Spellbinder Poinsettia dies came out as I love using them, I put my sentiment into a die cut bauble and a bit of gingham finished it off.

We have sponsorship this Month from

Swedish House Crafts

And of course, the Design Team have created some stunners to inspire you. Please do pay them a visit to their individual blogs - it means a lot to know you appreciate their efforts.

Good Morning bloggers, it's Saturday morning so It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is our lovely Mervi's turn to host and she would like to see 'Colours Of Your Flag'

As mine is the British flag (Union Jack) my colours on my card are Red, White and Blue.  When I think of the Union Jack flag I think of this Mini from Penny Black,  then I thought about my Daughters driving test next week and thought it would be the perfect image.  I know I'm being a bit premature but she has to pass at some point.
