I Shall Be Your Wings

Hello everyone, happy Bank Holiday Monday to you all. This is a rare post for me as I found a little extra time to have a play this morning. although I was up at 6.00am,  that's right this is just for fun!
I love my new stamps from Chocolate Baroque that arrived on Saturday, they are called I Shall Be Your Wings
I Shall Be Your Wings Rubber Stamp sheet - A5

I made this card so I could enter the Chacolate Baroque Rainbow challenge.  So I started with a strip of card and using Brusho's I created stripes of colour with the powder before spraying with water to activate them.  Then I stamped a feather with versamark then embossed with white embossing powder.  I added some sparkle with a quickie glue pen and Glamour Dust.  the sentiment comes in the set.

I hope you all have a nice relaxing day, I've got shopping, cleaning and ironing to do, but at least I got some crafting in this morning while they were all in bed.

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:-
1. Cute Card Thursday - #649 - Inky
2. Crafty Creations - #412 - Anything Goes

Recipe:-
Stamps - Chocolate Baroque - I shall be your wings,
Colouring Medium - Brusho's,
Tools - Embossing powder, heat gun,
Embellishments - Glamour Dust,

Thanks for popping by.
Happy crafting

Hungry Like The Wolf!

Good Morning bloggers, it's Saturday morning so It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is our lovely Ellie's turn to host and she would like to see 'Inspired By A Song'

I really didn't want to make another Christmas card, so I though I'd do something from the 80's, my favourite era.  Then it come to me my favourite group from my teens Duran Duran, and Hungry Like The Wolf'  meant I could use my wolf stamps from Inkylicious''.  I started by making a background using Brusho's, then made up a scene by mixing Inkylicious and Lavinia stamps.

Don't forget to head over to Allsorts for all the details of this challenge, and to check out all the fabulous inspiration from my very talented team mates.
