White Christmas

Good Morning bloggers, it's Saturday morning so It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is our lovely Wendy's turn to host and she would like to see a 'White Christmas', so we want to see mainly white creations this time please.
Here is what I did, I used my favourite Christmas stamp that I get out every year, and decided to add a little colour just to define the detail.  I took a close up of the image hoping you can see the gorgeous sparkle using Glamour dust.  I'm not much cop with a camera.

All the white card is embossed and I have used spellbinders Poinsettia, but again due to my lack of photography it doesn't show very well.  A few gems, ribbon and a Flonz sentiment, and that's about it.

Don't forget to head over to Allsorts for all the details of this challenge, and to check out all the fabulous inspiration from my very talented team mates.

Here are the prizes on offer:-

Today's News:-

We are excited to be extending our Family with a new kitten, he is 5 weeks old, so we have to wait another 3 weeks for him.  My friends cat had kittens 4 altogether but 1 didn't survive a girl, so it's 3 boys left.  The one we have chosen has been nicknamed by my friend as Wolfie, so we are thinking of keeping that name for him, although my eldest son prefers Shadow.  At the moment his eyes are a lovely blue but they will probably change, and he has greyish/white flecks running through his fur, but that could change too, and that is why the family called him Wolfie as they though he looked like a little wolf, bit strange seen as he is a feline and not canine.  So here is our new addition:-

Recipe:-
Stamps - Personal Impressions P241, Flonz Sentiment,
Colouring Mediums - Promarkers,
Tools - Spellbinders, Grand Calibur, Embossing folders, Leaf punch,
Embellishments - snowflake brad, ribbon, glamour dust, gems,

Traditional Christmas

Good morning everybody, an exciting day for us at Stamping Sensations as we launch our very first challenge under our new name.
So today the most important thing I need to do is tell you about the prizes this month and announce our   r  November theme which is..............

******** Traditional Christmas********

We will still be having our popular Top 3 spot, plus a great prize and over the coming months we will be featuring different sponsors. It was our idea to kick that off next month, however one of our new sponsors Indigo Blue really, really wanted to get involved this month so here is what they have offered:-

Flitter Glue starter kit £17
Their new A5 special edition stamp sheet £15
Treemendous stamp £9

And here's the one we prepared earlier !!

For my card I used a Personal Impressions stamp which I love, it's so serene and when ever I use it my hubby says we'll live there one day (Awwww!).  I used two different embossing folders, the swiss dot and the mistletoe border at the bottom.  I just wanted to keep this CAS and used minimum colouring too with Promarkers.  But then lashings of glamour dust for the snow.  I heat embossed my sentiment in gold to finish off.

This is for the following challenges:-
1. Dream valley - challenge 44 - Glitter & bling
2. Crafts & me - challenge 108 - Bling it up
3. Diva's by Design - challenge 59 - Festive
4. Crafty Catz - challenge # 157 - Add Texture (my texture is embossing folders)

Now onto my Penny Black & More @ Allsorts challenge creation, our theme is "Any Die Will Do", so get out all your dies and you can go mad with them. Our sponsors this month are:-
Penny Black, Classy Crafts, Flonz craft, and Sir Stampalot.
Now isn't that a lot of prizes, definitely worth getting your Dies out for isn't it!!!!!!
Now if you would like to be a GDT for us, all you need to do is make a creation to fit the theme following our rules and put GDT after your name on the Linky.

For my card I used my Nesties, three layers, my sentiment is a Flonz Craft stamp and I just edged it with some gold embossing powder.  I used a Penny Black stamp from Holiday Critters transparent set. Added some Pretty Little Ribbon Shop ribbon and a bell.
