Little Yellow Car
Good Morning bloggers, it's Saturday morning so It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is our lovely Sarah's turn to host and she would like to see 'For The Guys'
Here is what I did, I used a Lili Of The Valley stamp, and coloured it with my Spectrum Noir, my collection is growing nicely, slowly but nicely. I can see a difference with my colouring, looks a lot smoother. The papers are also from LOTV, and because it's a masculine card, I kept it simple.
Don't forget to head over to Allsorts for all the details of this challenge, and to check out all the fabulous inspiration from my very talented team mates.
Here are the prizes on offer:-
Digistamp Boutique offering a £10 voucher to spend in the store
And also
Cuddly Buddly offering a £10 gift certificate to spend in the store
My blog winner for the hop is
Cebelica
Thanks for popping by my blog.

Tissue Box Tutorial
Good Morning, this is a tutorial I have done for Prickley Pear, it's to make a Tissue Box, an ideal little something to give to someone who has a cold and needs a little cheering up.
So here are the materials you will need to make it:-
PPRS CLR013C Scalloped Circles and Ovals 4 clear set
D041 Scallop Circle Nesting Set
A4 sheet of card
Patterned Paper
flowers
Brad (for the center of flower)
Velcro or Magnet for closure of box
Sentiment printed onto safmat
So here's what to do:-
Draw this template on to your piece of A4 card, (click on the picture to enlarge), all the measurements are there.
Cut out the template and score along the dotted lines and fold. At this point you also need to cut into the front of the box so you can pull out your tissues easily.
Now measure and cut panels of patterned paper to decorate your box as in picture above, using either a wet glue or strong red D/S tape, assemble the box, it's easy to see where you need the adhesive.
It should now look like this. Now it's time to add decoration and velcro.
For my sentiment I typed it up on the computer and then printed onto Safmat, I coloured a Prickley Pear stamp, these cute ducks and added to the front, then I just added flowers with a brad in the centre.
Now just add a packet of tissues and you have the perfect little gift to cheer up someone with the sniffles!
Thank you for looking at my tutorial

An Old Stamp
Hi to all you lovely bloggers,
And welcome, it's time for me to remind you of our challenges for Stamping Sensations and Penny black & More @ Allsorts, if you haven't had the chance to join in yet, there's still plenty of time.
At Stamping Sensations this month the theme is 'Anything Goes' So you can do absolutely anything, but make sure there is stamping there. I used an old Gorjuss Girl stamp, I haven't used them for ages, and I needed a card for my daughter's Birthday and she does like them and she loves the colour purple. I did something different this time with my handmade flowers, I stamped on to vellum, added purple embossing powder, then cut them out. And for anyone who is wondering what die I used for the heart, well I'm sorry but I cut it out of an Anniversary card my Mam sent me. But wouldn't it be a fabulous die.
For our prize this Month:-
And of course, the Design Team have created some stunners to inspire you. Please do pay them a visit to their individual blogs - it means a lot to know you appreciate their efforts.
And now onto my second challenge creation for Penny black & More @ Allsorts, where the theme is also 'Anything Goes' So you can do absolutely anything for this challenge, just make sure you use a Penny Black on your creation.
I have made a Birthday card for my Hubby, he loves the movie 'The Italian Job', so the stamp is quite fitting for him, I tried to make it look as masculine as I could.
We have prizes from Penny Black, Crafts U love, Flonz,. Now isn't that a lot of prizes, definitely worth getting your animal stamps out isn't it!!!!!!
Are you wanting some inspiration, pop on over to the challenge blog and then you can see all the wonderful creations from the rest of the talented team.
Recipe:-
Stamps - Penny Black 4220K Miniful, Sugar Nellie's Gorjuss girl, The Stampman Funky Flowers,
Papers - LOTV Father Knows Best, Papermania Lucy Cromwell,
Colouring Mediums - Spectrum Noirs,

Good Morning bloggers, it's Saturday morning so It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is our lovely Wendy's turn to host and she would like to see 'Different Folds Or shaped Cards'
Here is what I did, I used the new images from Nicecrane, which can be found here and decided to do a trifold card, i used a tutorial for it from our lovely Brenda's blog which you can find here.

DO YOU WANT A GIGGLE?
So I was making this card and my little boy Bobby, who is 8 said " that's sick Mam, like that, it's different to your other cards", I'm assuming he was talking about the folds. He then added "Errrrrrr don't like that woman picking that girls toe nails though".
Well I howled with laughter, I had to explain that she was playing this little piggy went to market. Oh kids they are so innocent, then they grow up. Don't you wish you could keep them that young forever?
