Poppies And Rememberance

Good Morning bloggers, it's Saturday morning so It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is our lovely Susan's turn to host and she would like to see 'Rememberance/Poppies'
I thought I'd have a change and make a candle with a matching box.  I just love making these and they make fabulous gifts too.  Not sure of the stamp but my lovely friend Brenda sent it to me a long time ago.  I stamped the image on tissue paper for the candle then stamped it another two times on card so that I could cut them out after colouring them and use them as embellishments for my gift box.

Don't forget to head over to Allsorts for all the details of this challenge, and to check out all the fabulous inspiration from my very talented team mates.

Here are our generous sponsors:-

Recipe:-
Stamps - Poppies (unknown)
Colouring Mediums -Spectrum Noirs,
Tools - Grand Calibur, Signature border dies, Prickley Pear flourish die,
Embellishments - ribbon, satin roses,

Thanks for popping by my blog.
Happy crafting
Tracy x

I absolutely love your beautiful candle and box, you do such a good job with them. I have a feeling it's a Hero Arts stamp, but couldn't be certain, but think I have it somewhere.

I did a candle last week - well let's say I had a go. Also made a matching card but not that happy with it as the colours of the leaves on the card differ from those on candle although I used the same pens (Chameleon) so wonder if the candle wax changes the colours perhaps ?

Have a good weekend.

This is just stunning Tracy. Beautiful box too. I've had a candle waiting to do this for about 3 years now!
