Superhero

Image result for christmas greetings

Merry Christmas to all of you that visit my blog, hope it's wonderful and all the best for the new year

I still have so much still to do for Christmas, hope your all better prepared than I am, but I will get there.
So on this Saturday morning It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is our lovely Brenda's turn to host and she would like to see 'Anything But Christmas', and this challenge will last for two weeks, so more time to play along.

I made this Superhero card for my Son, who's Birthday is on the 17th January, so thought this would prepare me a little as it comes so fast after Christmas.  Sorry can't tell you the name of the stamp as I bought it on line for a commission and it came with a female superhero too, but I don't know the brand.  The papers though are from a CD-Rom by Polkadoodles called 'Not For Girls'.

Don't forget to head over to Allsorts for all the details of this challenge, and to check out all the fabulous inspiration from my very talented team mates.

Here are the prizes on offer:-
And as it's a two week challenge we have four lovely sponsors...................

Christmas Hugs

Well Christmas is around the corner and I am so dis-organised this year, can you believe it I haven't even wrote a Christmas card yet, I'd better get a wiggle on or they'll be nothing sorted for Christmas.  I have done some present shopping, and aim to get the rest of that at the weekend.  I have been so busy over the last couple of weeks, looking forward to a rest.

This is my Mid Way reminder for Penny black & More @ Allsorts, where the theme is 'Anything Goes With A Stamp' So you can use any stamp for this challenge.  I used this Penny Black stamp called 'Holiday Hugs' (40-081)

We have prizes from Penny Black, Sizzix, and Stamp Addicts.  Now isn't that a lot of prizes, definitely worth getting your stamps out isn't it!!!!!!

Are you wanting some inspiration, pop on over to the challenge blog and then you can see all the wonderful creations from the rest of the talented team.

Something A Little Foxy

Good Morning bloggers, it's Saturday morning so It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is our lovely Helene's turn to host and she would like to see 'Golden Days' use some gold on your project.  I used gold card for matting and layering.
I used an image from our sponsor 'A Day For Daisies' called 'Flower Fox Nap'.  Not an easy image to colour.  Kept the card simple as it's for my cousin and he lives in America so not too many embellies due to postage charges.

Don't forget to head over to Allsorts for all the details of this challenge, and to check out all the fabulous inspiration from my very talented team mates.

This week is our lovely Tracy's turn to host and she would like to see 'Colours Of  Autumn'
Here is what I did, I used a House Mouse stamp, and decided to go with a Christmas card but sticking to Autumn colours.  I quite like the finished product and the colours make a nice change for me as I always end up going traditional with Christmas cards, reds, and greens.

Christmas Gift Box

Good Morning bloggers, it's Saturday morning so It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is my turn to host and I would like to see 'Anything But A Card'
I made this for a wallet I bought my Dad for Christmas, it was from Clarks's but didn't come with a box so made this.
I used a score board to make the box, the wreath stamp and the sentiment stamp were freebies from a magazine. These dies were just right as I was trying to keep it quite masculine, so didn't want to go too fancy.

Christmas Everywhere!

Hello and welcome, it's a new month for Stamping Sensations and Penny black & More @ Allsorts challenges, if you didn't get the chance to join in last month's challenges this could be the one for you.

At Stamping Sensations this month the theme is 'Festive Florals', and of course the first thing that sprung to my mind was Poinsettia's, I die cut them out of vellum for a softer effect as I thought they went better with the papers that was supplied to us by one of our sponsors Once Upon A Stamp.  I cut the trellis edge with a die on the front to give it some shape.

We have sponsorship this Month from

Good Morning bloggers, it's Saturday morning so It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is our lovely Susan's turn to host and she would like to see 'Christmas'
I used an image from the Sponsor Scrappers Delight called Draco, as it was a big image I didn't use much in the way of embellishments, it took three attempts to get the shading to resemble something I was fairly happy with. so two went in the bin and this one the third one, I coloured at 3:00 am yesterday morning as I couldn't sleep.
