Close To Nature

Hello and welcome to this Sunday morning where we greet the first day of October, I can't believe how fast this month has gone. So that makes it a new month for Stamping Sensations and Penny black & More @ Allsorts challenges, if you didn't get the chance to join in last month's challenges these could be the ones for you.

At Stamping Sensations this month the theme is 'Autumn Glory',  These little mice collecting there harvest of apples always reminds me of Autumn. My background is a piece of green card which I stamped with a leaf stamp with versa mark, then using a gold and a bronze embossing powder heat embossed it, before cutting out my image using spellbinder dies.

And now onto my second challenge creation for Penny black & More @ Allsorts, where the theme is 'Close To Nature',  So I went with this Penny Black wreath of Sunflowers, this card is a little different to what I normally make, and I got a little inky and there is no cuteness, but I enjoyed making it.

We have prizes from Penny Black, Crafty Ribbons, and Sizzix. Now isn't that a lot of prizes, definitely worth getting your stamps out isn't it!!!!!!
