The Howl Of The Wolf

Good Morning bloggers, it's Saturday morning so It's time for a new challenge today at Allsorts.
This week is my  turn to host and I would like to see 'From Boys To Men', so it must be something Masculine.

So my card this week was made from the inspiration taken from some new stamps I got from Inkylicious, when I saw the wolves and trees in their range I thought I have to have them as both my sons and I absolutely love Wolves.  It is my eldest son Scott's birthday in 4 weeks time so I have made this card for him.  I created a background first using Distress Oxides, then started adding my stamps creating a scene, the moon I did using a stencil from Inkylicious.  I will take this down with his gifts to the cemetry for him, then his cards will go on the sideboard at home, we will still put up balloons and buy him a cake, we will celebrate his birthday as if he is still here as in our hearts he is.

Don't forget to head over to Allsorts for all the details of this challenge, and to check out all the fabulous inspiration from my very talented team mates.

What a wonderful card for Scott, you have created such a atmospheric scene and you can almost hear the howl of the Wolf. Eddy just took a look and was so impressed and said you had done "a good job" - that's praise indeed as all I usually get it "not bad". A great card for a great theme Tracy, thank you.

Such a fabulous and thoughtful card. This is my type of stamping and I absolutely love this scene that you've created. I think you're gradually being moving across to the 'Inky' side Tracy! A stunningly beautiful card for Scott xxx

This card is awesome. I lost my husband, but can't imagine losing a child. Sounds like you will have a great celebration for him and he will know it.
